Angelelli to Compete in 2008 Paralympic Games
World swimming champion and American record holder, Cheryl Angelelli, was recently named to the 2008 U.S. Paralympic Swim Team and will be competing in the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing, China, Sept 6-17.
Angelelli competed in the 2000 Paralympics in Sydney and the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens, where she won two bronze medals. She is currently ranked number one in the world in the 100 meter and 200 meter freestyle.
